Starting college, choosing a major, graduating, and everything in between can be super stressful. I help clients to find balance in their lives as well as manage and reduce stress as they navigate through their courses and beginnings of adult living.

I take an unstructured approach and help clients work on the issues that are most deeply meaningful and relevant to them where they are at in that moment. While there may be a goal in mind, life is fluid and ever changing, and my approach reflects that fluidity.
