Sara Dash
I am a warm and compassionate therapist with training in a range of techniques to support diverse client needs. I aim to create a safe, accepting space for growth, healing, curiosity, and problem-solving. In my work, I place a high value on helping clients build self-awareness with attention to balance and wellness. I take a strengths-based approach and encourage exploration of both the past and the present. Treatment is individualized, depending on a given client's goals and priorities.
I work with teens and adults of all ages. As a former teacher, I have multi-faceted experience with topics such as ADHD, neurodiversity, peer relationships, identity development, and stress management. My community mental health work has offered wonderful training in DBT, CBT, ACT and trauma-informed therapy.
I welcome potential clients to reach out with any questions and/or to set up a phone consult. I would be happy to discuss if I might be a good fit for your needs and to try to identify resources if I can't assist.
