You’ve carried a lot — maybe more than anyone around you realizes. Trauma has a way of showing up everywhere: in your relationships, your self-esteem, your body, your thoughts. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the past or stuck in patterns you desperately want to break, I want you to know that you don’t have to keep doing this alone. I believe healing happens when you’re truly supported — when you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow into the warrior you are.
I work with folks who are ready for something to change, even if they’re not sure what healing looks like yet. I want you to feel grounded, confident, and whole. Together, we take things at your pace. We explore old wounds with care, rebuild boundaries with clarity, and create space for you to rediscover your strength.
