Welcome! Participating in therapy with me is a partnership, where you can get what you need and be equipped to take on the challenges that come your way. I am highly relational in nature, and love working through relationship challenges with family, romantic relationships, and friendships. I regularly work with young adults, couples, and families, so I have a wide range of experience to address symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, relational issues, communication issues, life transitions, & other common life stressors.
