Hi there! I am a psychologist who specializes in working with current undergraduate and graduate students, as well as recent graduates. I have over 10 years of experience in university counseling centers, including 7 years at Counseling & Psychological Services at Montana State. I work with clients who are looking to improve their functioning, deepen their self-awareness, increase their understanding of their relational patterns, and live their lives in ways that are aligned with their needs and values. I approach therapy in a way that is empathic, flexible, and strengths-based.
The goodness of fit between a client and their therapist is foundational to an individual’s therapeutic growth. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to individuals interested in potentially working with me. This gives us a chance to discuss what is bringing you to therapy, your therapeutic goals, and my potential capacity to offer you the support you deserve.
