Are you tired of code/persona switching? Feeling worn out from wearing too many masks? Maybe there are some underlying behaviors and emotions that don't seem to make sense and you want to understand more? Is work/school becoming too overwhelming? Do you find yourself being an unhappy, insecure, overachiever? Maybe you're struggling to show up in relationships in healthy ways? Is it tough to get up and find motivation? Or maybe you're feeling exhausted because you can't seem to connect with someone who actually "gets it", which doesn't mean that they're terrible people, because they do their best, and they're endearing when they try, but they just don't seem to fully understand. It's hard trying to navigate life and all the complexities. As humans, we're multi-faceted, multi-dimensional, multi-layered beings, which can be really overwhelming. There are parts that we love, other parts that we dislike, maybe even hate. This can cause to act in self-sabotaging ways, such as lashing out, trust issues, isolating.

I enjoy being a catalyst for change and healing. I strive to provide supportive, nurturing, and genuine care to all my clients. It comes from a place of truly wanting people to heal and grow. There's nothing more exciting than witnessing somebody exercise their inner courage. My goal is to be able to provide you with a safe space, a trusting therapeutic relationship, and a respectful environment for you to be able to thrive in. I bring my life experience plus the knowledge, skills, and insight I've developed over the years into a space to co-create along with you, your experience, your knowledge, skills, and insight.

I look forward to meeting you and getting to know all the ways I can help foster your learning and growth. Let's walk this journey of life together. I'm here to support you.
