Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

Crossing Wellness is a group practice in Pennington, NJ. We offer both in-person and virtual counseling. Please see our website for descriptions of each therapist.

As both a college professor (at TCNJ) and a private practice clinician, I am keenly aware of the challenges and stressors of college students as well as the opportunity for growth and wellness. As an EMDR therapist I specialize in treating trauma, but I am also a lifelong substance use counselor as well. Not everyone who has a problem with substance use needs to be abstinent from all use, I work with people to reduce the harmful consequences and return to recreational use.
