Hi there, reaching out for support is a courageous step wherever you are in your journey. As a therapist, it's not just about addressing symptoms, but to hold space for all the human emotional experiences. I embrace a learning mindset that encompasses multicultural, intergenerational and intersectional contexts. I offer support in a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, family conflicts, and eating disorders.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in anti-oppressive, culturally competent, and trauma-informed principles. I believe in using an integrative approach that draws from various modalities, including relational, CBT, strength-based, and person-centered. I tailor my interventions to meet you where you are.

I offer a individualized approach to therapy that celebrates your unique identity and experiences. I believe that trust and support are important foundations to our therapeutic relationship. You deserve to feel heard, respected, and empowered, and I'm here to help you achieve that.
