Have you been feeling like all of the daily demands of life are weighing on you and you have no room to breathe or space for yourself and the feelings of anxiety and overwhelm are bubbling over? Have you also been struggling with different medical problems like PCOS, Endometriosis or other gynecological issues and feel like the fatigue, chronic pain and inflammation is wearing on you physically and emotionally....then schedule a consult call and see if therapy might be a missing piece of the puzzle to get you feeling better.

I use Cognitive-Behavioral and Acceptance & Commitment techniques to help you identify where things are feeling "stuck" and create a plan to work on the next steps you need to meet your goals. I am a true New Englander with my direct, yet humorous approach to most things including therapy.

Taking time for yourself feels impossible most of the time if you are like me and have a million things on your "to-do" list. However, it is often what we need to do in order for the rest of our life to feel aligned and move ahead easier.
