Sanative Counseling and Wellness Center

Pre-Licensed Professional
Accepting clients Last Updated 20 days ago

With experience in managing attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), anxiety disorders, depression, emotional dysregulation, and behavioral concerns, I believe in the power of a personalized approach to therapy.

Every client is unique, and I approach each session with the understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. I draw from an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, strengths-based therapy, play therapy, and motivational interviewing, to tailor the experience to the individual needs of each client.

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life. Whether you're facing a challenging transition or seeking better emotional regulation, I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey.
