I am a master’s-level clinician at Sanative counseling and Wellness Center dedicated to providing trauma-informed and culturally competent mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. I value the collaborative nature of therapy and strive to tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual. My approach is individualized and integrative, incorporating elements of internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness-based therapies, trauma-sensitive yoga, person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and emotionally-focused therapy (EFT).
I am particularly passionate about incorporating embodied and mindfulness-based approaches to support recovery from trauma. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship and family concerns, self-esteem issues, and life transitions.
I strive to create a safe and caring environment where clients feel empowered to explore their needs and supported on their path towards healing, growth, and self-discovery.
