As a board-certified psychiatrist, I treat and help people cope better with anxiety disorder, mood disorders, insomnia, OCD among others. I help navigate relationship issues, life transitions, and school or work problems. Also, I have treated individuals build stronger self-esteem, and process grief, loss, and trauma. I work well with those who have had negative experiences due to their race, gender, sexuality, age, culture, beliefs, and so on. My approach to treatment is personalized to my patients unique needs. My patients and I work together so that they do not feel alone in their struggles. We collaborate to find ways for them to feel more in charge of their lives, and live a more satisfying life.

I can combine both psychotherapy and medicines to optimize my patients' treatment. My approach is evidence-based, humanistic, and tailored to my patients' unique needs.
