I worked at a health clinic for a few years focusing on clients with postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD. I offer a warm and inviting environment where you can share your struggles and traumas. My goal is to help make connections on why you may behave the way you do and then focus on helping you with change. In life we are always going through changes and transitions and everyone deserves to have a space to learn, grow, and heal.
