Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

I enjoy working with college students and young adults as they navigate the challenges of emerging adulthood. My work with college students is rooted in a deep understanding of the stressors they often face—academic pressure, social anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and the transition to greater independence. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, develop healthier coping skills, and build greater self-awareness. My approach draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailored to each individual’s goals and needs.
I am passionate about helping young adults feel empowered in their decision-making, manage anxiety and mood concerns, and improve their overall well-being during this pivotal stage of life.
