I am a masters-level therapist committed to providing evidence-based treatments for anxiety, mood (ie., depression, bipolar), grief, behavioral problems, and other concerns. My style is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, culturally-sensitive, and tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. I have expertise in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative, Family Systems and I am certified in Trauma Focused-CBT. These approaches help clients cope with stress, mood-related disorders, trauma, loss, impulsivity, parenting challenges and co-occurring developmental disorders.
