I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are dealing with big emotions, ongoing conflict, grief, or that feeling of being stuck and unheard. Many people come to therapy looking for a safe place to talk things through, practical tools that actually help, and support in creating calmer, more connected relationships at home and in their lives.
I specialize in supporting kids and teens with big feelings and family challenges, while also working with adults and couples who want to strengthen communication and relationships while navigating life transitions together. I use creative, evidence-based approaches to build confidence, coping skills, and understanding in ways that feel simple and effective.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where people feel heard and supported, and where small, manageable steps can lead to meaningful change. If you’re considering therapy, I’d be honored to support you.
