Samantha Leitch
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite like themselves, often dealing with anxiety, low mood, or a lack of motivation. Many of the people I work with are navigating new life transitions, health concerns, relationship challenges, or stress related to work or school. My style is warm and collaborative, meeting you where you are and working alongside you. I take a holistic approach to therapy, getting to know you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. We’ll explore how things like emotions, relationships, physical health, sleep, and daily stressors all interact to affect your wellbeing.
I draw on cognitive, behavioral, motivational, and mindfulness-based strategies. Together, we’ll get to the root of what’s contributing to how you’re feeling, build skills you can use in your everyday life, develop healthier ways of responding to difficult thoughts and emotions, and take small, consistent steps toward what matters most to you.
It takes courage to reach out, and wherever you’re starting from, you’re welcome here. Therapy with me is a space where you can feel supported, understood, and accepted, while also working toward where you want to be. If you’re feeling stuck, we can work through it together.
