As a therapist, I believe one of the most important aspects of therapy is the relationship with your Therapist. My approach is humanistic, warm and compassionate. My primary goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, better understand yourself and navigate the changes and challenges in your life. As a social worker, I understand that each person is shaped by their unique environment and experiences.

As we work together collaboratively, I will take time to understand you as a whole person. My approach to your therapy will be tailored to your individual needs and may include Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MB-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), supportive psychotherapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

I have experience in both private practice and community mental health settings helping clients navigate a range of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, bipolar disorder, self-esteem, work/life balance, and more. I have worked with student survivors of sexual assault, and worked with clients across the lifespan, and from various walks of life. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward feeling whole again.
