When you’re in college, anxiety can sneak up on you fast. One minute you’re managing, and the next, you’re overwhelmed, burned out, and wondering why everything feels so much harder than you thought it would be. Maybe you're putting tons of pressure on yourself to be perfect. Maybe your motivation is gone, or you’re stuck in a loop of overthinking and self-doubt.

I specialize in helping college students work through these exact challenges. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Radically Open DBT to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface - and how to change the patterns that are keeping you stuck.

Together, we’ll break your anxiety down into manageable parts and figure out how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. I’ll help you develop real, practical tools to cope with stress, manage your time, and quiet that critical inner voice. You don’t have to figure this out alone. Therapy can help you feel more in control and more like yourself again.

My style is collaborative and supportive. My job is to really listen, to help you feel heard, to share concrete tools, and to give you a space where you don’t have to have it all together. You deserve that space. And you deserve support that actually works.
