My path to becoming a therapist began with a natural inclination to be the support my friends and family needed. I often found myself in the position to lend an ear and encourage those who needed it most, and in doing so, I discovered a deep sense of purpose in helping others navigate their struggles.

As a client-centered therapist, I place a great deal of emphasis on building a trusting, empathetic and non-judgmental space for my clients. The therapeutic relationship itself is among the most powerful of tools for healing, therefore I work diligently to create that safe and welcoming environment wherein my clients can feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and emotions.

Trust is a foundational part of therapy, and one of my main goals as a therapist is to create a safe, nonjudgement space with my clients. I build trust with my clients through respect, empathy and open communication. I honor my clients’ unique experiences and seek to build a collaborative relationship that supports their growth and healing.

I am someone who loves learning about the world. From new experiences and places to quirky fun facts, I enjoy tapping into my curiosity and knowing more about the world and the people who inhabit it.
