You want to stop second-guessing every decision, feel more like yourself again, and handle hard things without spiraling or looking for an “adultier adult” to make it okay.
I work with ambitious adults (ages 18-50) navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, perfectionism, and transitions like grad school, job shifts, parenthood, or friendship changes. Using trauma-informed therapy (CBT, ACT, IFS, mindfulness), we’ll untangle what’s keeping you stuck and build tools that work in real life, not just in theory.
You don’t have to be falling apart to benefit from therapy.
