My practice focuses on helping my clients identify and live according to their values. I meet my clients where they are at with empathy and acceptance, and together we explore their feelings, thoughts, strengths, and needs. I practice using a queer and trans-affirming, anti-racist, anti-ableist, trauma-informed lens.
I tailor my sessions to meet the needs of each client, and I am also a certified Therapeutic Game Master who enjoys utilizing role play and games in therapy with adolescents and adults to practice skills for decision making, frustration tolerance, and managing conflict. I wear a mask at all in-person appointments and encourage my clients to wear one, as well.
