Saltaire Psychology PLLC
I founded Saltaire Psychology PLLC because I believe everyone can use a little help dealing with the chaotic moments in life, including breakups, medical issues, or deaths of loved oneer. I’m here to help you get through those difficult moments and grow from them. The key to building a strong therapeutic relationship is being genuine, providing unconditional support, and showing empathy, and that’s what I try to caaaprovide in my practice. My integrative approach utilizes humanistic, existential, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral techniques.
I completed my Ph.D. at Fordham University and my internship/post-doctoral training at the Brooklyn VA. I have worked with diverse patients with a wide range of concerns including life transitions, relationship distress, cancer, chronic illness, insomnia, caregiver distress, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I don’t believe that everyone needs to stay in therapy for years and years. Sometimes all you need is a few sessions with a professional. Whether the problems are short-term or long-term, big or small, we can work through them together.
