Hi, I’m Saiful, and I’m here to support you through your mental health journey by understanding who you are as a person and what you're going through. As a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with over 7 years of experience, I specialize in helping people manage conditions like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and many others. Whether you're dealing with something new or have been struggling for a while, I’m ready to help you take the next step toward healing.

What’s important to me is creating a safe, welcoming space where you can be open and honest, knowing you won’t be judged. You deserve to feel heard and supported, and I’m committed to working alongside you to find the best approach to care. I’ll take the time to get to know you—your experiences, challenges, and goals—so we can build a treatment plan that works for you.

When we work together, I’ll use a whole-person approach to care. That means considering how things like lifestyle, nutrition, and physical health can impact your mental well-being while also making sure your treatment includes options like therapy and medication if needed. We’ll work together to build a plan that fits your life, whether you need help managing stress, tackling long-standing mental health concerns, or figuring out how to navigate personal challenges.

I have extensive experience working with adults, the LGBTQ+ community, and a variety of mental health conditions. I understand that each person’s journey is unique, so I make sure to tailor my approach to meet your individual needs.

Let’s talk and figure out the best way forward for you. Take the first step and reach out today.
