Pre-Licensed Professional
Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

I am currently accepting new clients. My role is to recognize that you are the expert on your own life. I’m here to support you, moving at your pace, as you decide what to focus on. My job is to provide you with the tools you need to succeed. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients, offering a safe and affirming space. While I love working with college students, I also work with older adults. I have experience with ADHD, brain injuries, grief, and anxiety, and I’m committed to helping you navigate these challenges.

I use evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients of all ages work through challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues.

I understand that reaching out for help can be a big step, and I want you to know that you don't have to face these challenges alone. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow. If you're facing challenges or seeking growth, I'm here to help you heal and thrive.
