Sage Hill Therapy

Marriage & Family Therapist, LMFT
Accepting clients Last Updated 0 days ago

I am a psychotherapist (LMFT) and earned my masters at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. Since graduating, I have worked in community mental health, helping clients on issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships and specialize in grief work. I am trained in EMDR and Complicated Grief Treatment.

I opened Sage Hill Therapy with the hope of creating a place where people can work through difficult experiences. I believe that people can grow and that sometimes we need help in that journey.

It is important to talk about how diversity, equity, and inclusion impacts us as a community. I work to provide a safe space where people can express and explore the weight of racism, inequality and discrimination.

Please call or email me if you are interested in setting up a phone consultation.
