At our practice, you will be supported by a dedicated team of compassionate and caring therapists. We are a trauma-informed, community-oriented practice that only uses evidence and research-based treatment modalities for depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and other life challenges and transitions. We believe in mind/body connection, so body-oriented skills are taught and incorporated into our therapy sessions. We will teach you/work with you on integrating mindfulness, meditation, grounding and other effective coping skills to address emotional distress, change behavioral patterns and enhance relationships. All are welcome.
We believe that every person’s journey through life is unique. Every individual human being lives and loves differently. You are the expert of your life. We bring our skills and expertise grounded in a perspective of compassion. Together we will cultivate growth, acknowledging the past and while creating excitement for the future.
Our clinicians are Certified Complex Trauma Professionals trained in specific trauma treatment modalities. We believe that #traumaistrauma highlights each individual's autonomy to decide which event, time, or transition has been anchored as a traumatic experience—loss of a job, or the end of a relationship, global pandemic, or childhood events. We are here to heal and process it all.
