Sacred Roots Wellness provides virtual therapy for college students seeking support, clarity, and connection during times of stress, transition, or personal growth. College can be an exciting and meaningful season, but it can also bring overwhelm, pressure, relationship challenges, and questions about identity, purpose, and direction.

Therapy at Sacred Roots Wellness offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to talk openly about what you’re experiencing—whether that includes anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, academic pressure, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many students seek support simply because they want to understand themselves better and build healthier coping skills.

Our work is collaborative and individualized, honoring your values, background, and goals. Sessions are conversational and reflective, focused on helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Therapy may include exploring emotions, patterns, boundaries, communication, self-worth, and strategies for managing stress and building resilience.

Sacred Roots Wellness is committed to creating a safe, affirming environment where students can show up authentically and grow at their own pace. Therapy is a space for grounding, insight, and self-connection—supporting you as you navigate both the challenges and opportunities of college life.
