Pre-Licensed Professional

I provide individual therapy to adults of all ages and teenagers ages 16+. I believe healing happens in relationships where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and safe. As a queer-identified and bicultural therapist, I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ individuals and understand how affirming, identity-aware therapy can make a meaningful difference. I strive to create a space where all parts of you, including your identities, relationships, and lived experiences, are welcomed and respected.

I draw heavily from compassion-focused therapy, supporting clients in developing a kinder, more understanding relationship with themselves, particularly when shame and self-criticism have taken root. Alongside this, I use solution-focused strategies to help identify strengths and move toward meaningful, achievable change.

My style balances acceptance and change: honoring where you are right now while gently supporting you in building tools to create the life you want. Therapy with me is practical, and deeply human.

Please feel free to reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consult to determine if I would be a good fit for you!

Supervised by Margaret Sheehan, LMFT.
