Therapy is a space where we get to witness the hard stuff together—not to fix or force change, but to yield into a kind and curious awareness of what is truly there. From this starting point, we can begin to uncover the path toward the life you want to live, guided by where you are in this moment.
I am open to working with folks across a range of identities, however, I mostly find myself working with queer and neurodivergent folks navigating anxiety, depression, relational trauma, identity exploration, nervous system regulation though sensory exploration, and life transitions. My practice is rooted in somatic therapy, helping you connect with your body as a resource for healing and self-understanding. In my work, I help folks who are particularly good at thinking about their problems get into their bodies and lived experiences to facilitate action and change from an embodied place.
I believe therapy isn’t about ‘fixing’ but about deepening self-trust and finding ways to honor your needs. In our work together, I will invite you to explore how you inhabit your body and your life—how you meet uncertainty, choice, and meaning through sensation, movement, and presence. Our work together might include breath-work, gentle movement, and self-inquiry to support nervous system regulation and emotional processing.
Outside of therapy, you can usually find me chilling with my senior cat, playing roller derby, out in nature, or watercolor painting.
If you’re looking for a space to reconnect with yourself and explore what healing looks like on your terms, I’d love to support you.
