Hi, I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in supporting women's and reproductive mental health. I know that the college years can bring a lot of changes, challenges, and pressures—whether it's dealing with anxiety, mood swings, or stress about relationships and school. I'm here to help you navigate those feelings and offer support, whether you're facing specific mental health concerns or just trying to find balance in a busy time of life.

My background includes working with young adults in a variety of settings, including at an adolescent inpatient unit, which helped me develop a passion for working with college-aged students. I've also worked in inpatient psychiatric care, treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and more. I understand the unique mental health needs that often come up during this stage of life, and I'm here to help you work through them.

I specialize in treating conditions such as premenstrual dysphoric disorder, fertility concerns, pregnancy planning, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and the postpartum experience. If you're dealing with reproductive or hormonal health issues on top of everything else, I can offer guidance and treatment that considers the whole person.

I believe sessions should be a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. My approach is built on compassion and empathy, and I aim to make you feel understood, no matter what you're going through. Whether you're interested in therapy, medication management, or just exploring what might be helpful, I'm here to support you.

If you're ready to take that first step toward feeling better, I'd love to connect and see how I can help.
