Ruby Zitzer
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll explore your emotions with curiosity and compassion—identifying patterns, uncovering strengths, and working toward greater self-understanding and lasting change.
I integrate relational, feminist, and emotion-focused perspectives, recognizing how early experiences, cultural narratives, and systemic factors shape our sense of self and relationships. Many of the struggles we face stem from disconnection—from ourselves, from others, or from the world around us. In our work together, I aim to help you reconnect with your emotions as valuable sources of information and guide you toward a deeper sense of agency and authenticity.
My priority is to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe that healing happens through connection—the relationship we build becomes the foundation for growth. I bring empathy, openness, and cultural humility to each session, meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you move toward the life you want to create.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you determine if I’m the right fit for your needs.
