Counselor, LMHC
Accepting clients Last Updated 4 days ago

As a therapist, I bring compassion, humor, genuine curiosity, and a sense of shared humanity to help people feel more connected to themselves and to others. My areas of specialization include LGBTQ identities, anxiety, mood concerns, and relationship dynamics. I enjoy working collaboratively with older adolescents and young adults navigating the college and graduate school experience. In addition to my private practice, I am a school counselor at an independent high school, and in the past, I worked for several years in college mental health.

My approach is strengths-based with a focus on supporting the development of insight, clarity, and self-compassion. I have training in the Internal Family Systems model, which supports individuals in resolving internal conflicts, creating new relationships to past traumas, and developing increased flexibility and freedom in their daily patterns.

If you think I might be a good fit for you, please contact me via email to schedule a brief phone consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
