I believe in an open and collaborative process that starts by developing clarity on what goals and needs are important to you. This includes offering psychoeducation on treatment methods to support you in deciding how to approach your goals. I also prioritize reviewing your experience and progress periodically, so that throughout the process, we have a chance to adjust and find the right balance of effective challenge without overwhelm.
I specialize in integrating effective somatic, emotion-focused, cognitive, and trauma processing modalities. When all of these systems are supported together, profound change is possible across a broad spectrum of challenges and goals.
These methods have successfully helped clients either eliminate or reduce distress and interference from chronic pain, depression, anxiety, flashbacks, intrusive thoughts, grief, life stage changes, and existential issues including isolation and meaning in life. I look forward to talking with you about what you’re hoping for, and how we might work together.
