Finding this balance may mean learning different ways to manage our emotional responses, tuning into what is truly important to us, and putting down things that don’t feed us. My work with graduate and undergraduate students in diverse settings has helped me learn how to effectively support people through both the common and individualized challenges of this stage of life. I offer a transparent approach, a collaborative process, and a commitment to building therapy around each person’s unique needs and goals.
