I currently work full time at RiverWards Wellness Collective and I am accepting new clients. Please refer to the website below to schedule an intake at our practice and a session with me. My hours are 12pm-8pm Mondays and Tuesdays in SH, 9am-5pm Wednesday and Thursdays SH office and Fridays 9am-1pm in Fishtown.

My areas of interest include: stress management; life adjustments transitions; relationship work; anxiety; depression; PTSD; building self-esteem/body image; addressing suicidal thoughts/urges; using mindfulness based approaches; working with clients who are adopted; and exposure-based interventions. The theories I use most often in my work include: CBT; DBT; trauma informed work; ACT; person centered work; NVC communication work; attachment styles; and Motivational Interviewing.
