I help adults remove baggage that interferes with finding a clear direction, making changes, achieving goals, adjusting to situations, or simply being happy and confident. I partner with people to overcome and replace self-doubt, guilt, shame, anger, grief, and overwhelm with understanding, acceptance, contentment, and openness so they can fully experience life's journey.

With an MA in counseling and certifications as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions. My specialties include anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, grief, life transitions, medical issues, military and veteran support, intimate and romantic relationships, spirituality, stress, family relationships, antisocial behavior, borderline personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, OCD, perinatal support, phobias, PTSD, sex and intimacy issues, sleep disorders, somatic symptom disorder, and trauma.
