I am a bilingual, first-generation therapist. I bring a culturally responsive and compassionate approach in working with adults, children and families. I understand the challenges of navigating multiple identities, languages, and expectations, therefore strive to create a safe, affirming space where both clients, children and caregivers feel seen and supported.
My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, along with evidence-based modalities like CBT, play therapy and mindfulness.
