I love using a variety of techniques like Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Gottman Method to support you in enhancing your emotional well-being and relationships. I am dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming space for you, and I enjoy customizing our therapy sessions to best fit your unique needs.

Therapy can feel uncomfortable and scary in its vulnerability, but I am here to provide support and guidance along the way. We can kick off our shoes, get cozy and begin our journey together!
