Room to Breathe is a group practice of therapists and yoga instructors who understand that your mental and physical health are interconnected.
Our therapists offer talk therapy for those interested in exploring and accessing their wellbeing and their personhood, difficulties and strengths through counseling sessions.
Our yoga instructors are psychologically-informed and offer trauma sensitive classes for people who are connecting with their bodies and wellbeing through the practices of yoga and meditation.
We’re here to support and address your goals holistically; that may be with therapy, yoga, or both.
