I am a clinical and forensic psychologist and have worked for many years with a wide variety of mental health issues. My approach to therapy seeks to uncover the deep roots of psychological, emotional, and behavioral problems rather than taking a superficial, symptom management approach. I do not ascribe to trendy techniques or labels, but value simple and traditional psychotherapy that puts the therapeutic relationship first and which has been proven to be highly effective. I do not practice any 'affirmative' therapies, but simply meet patients where they are and help them explore and understand whatever issue they are having.
