Accepting clients Last Updated 9 days ago

I'm a queer Latina/Chicana licensed therapist in FL and I have been in the mental health field since 2016. This is truly my passion! I recently began my own practice, Mindful Sol Therapy, while working with female-identifying clients at Innerglow Therapy (see my other listing on Psychology Today). I work with adults who struggle with severe mental illness, the LGBTQ+ community, infertility/loss/birthing trauma, grief/loss, anxiety disorders, depression, cultural issues/assimilation, and trauma. I enjoy working with individuals who can be honest with themselves, want to be challenged, and are motivated for change and improvement.
I use evidence-based practices with an empowering, strengths-based approach. I love working with clients on creating healthy boundaries, communication skills, how to be true and authentic to yourself, and teaching techniques that can help manage anxiety an depression. Know that healing is not linear and it takes time, but is a process worth working through.

I believe in providing a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space. I like to meet my clients where they are and help you figure out how to live your best life. I'm not here to tell you what you're thinking/feeling as the therapist-client relationship should be a collaborative experience. My goal is to help you learn to live your most authentic life!
