If you have found yourself feeling stuck, afraid, or struggling in relationships—or with your relationship to yourself—I can help. In my practice, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences with curiosity and care.
In our work together, you’ll pay attention to your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, noticing patterns that may have developed in response to past experiences. You’ll explore how these patterns show up in your daily life—such as in moments of stress, self-doubt, or conflict with others—and learn ways to respond to yourself and your experiences with greater self-compassion and agency. Through mindful awareness and guided exploration, you can begin to shift old patterns, regulate emotional responses, and build healthier ways of relating.
The skills and insights you gain in sessions translate directly into everyday life. You may find yourself handling stress more calmly, navigating relationships with more clarity and confidence, and making choices that feel aligned with your values. Over time, this work helps you feel more grounded, present, and capable of responding to life’s challenges with resilience and intention.
