Wow, we just survived a global pandemic!!! I am confident we aren't fully aware of how we were all affected until this is a distant memory. Our lives have been changed and impacted in more ways then one, and the pandemic is still here. As we all experienced this together, we were not all impacted the same. Increases in anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship issues and more have been symptoms of this pandemic experience. However, we are not alone. I encourage you to reach out in this season of your life for help navigating your path and life journey. I offer hope, encouragement and support, professional expertise and life experience, with a positive perspective, providing unconditional positive regard. Choosing therapy is a courageous step, and it does not have to be a forever walk. It's for a season, to have a safe place, and one that you can always return to when needed. Reach out!!! Don't go alone. You are worth it!!!
