Hi there! If you're viewing my profile, please allow me to say how happy I am that you're taking a brave step towards being a healthier you! I am a licensed therapist who works with persons who's journeys include healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and unhealthy familial relationships. I love traditional talk therapy, but I also love to include the interests and skills of my clients which is why it's not unusual for me to have a guitar or paint or video games introduced into my sessions. I love working with clients wherever they may find themselves in order to help them get to their healthiest selves. Hopefully, you will allow me the honor of doing that work alongside you.
