Robert Reda
Life transitions, academic pressure, stress, overthinking, and self doubt can make daily life feel exhausting, especially when your mind gets stuck in repetitive or intrusive thought patterns. I help students and young adults better understand what is happening beneath the surface, respond differently to unhelpful thoughts, manage intense emotions, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, grounded, and meaningful.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I support individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, depression, relationship and family concerns, anger, and work or school related stress. I use evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, nonjudgmental, and down to earth. Sessions are tailored to your goals and what feels most important to you right now. Therapy is provided through a secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth platform, making care flexible and accessible alongside a busy academic schedule. If you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed and ready to make meaningful changes, I would be glad to support you.
