Hi, I’m Rob — a licensed therapist who specializes in helping college students feel grounded, connected, and confident during one of the most transformative and sometimes overwhelming times in life.

If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, low motivation, relationships, addictive behaviors, or just feeling overwhelmed by school and life, you’re not alone. I’m here to help you navigate those challenges with care, clarity, and tools that work.

I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you face difficult emotions rather than avoid them. We’ll work together to help you build more awareness, flexibility, and direction in your life.

My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Whether you’re exploring who you are, dealing with academic pressure, or working through relationship stress, we’ll work at your pace to move forward with greater resilience and self-trust.

College is a time of major growth, and sometimes, growing pains. Reaching out is a strong and meaningful step. I offer a safe, supportive space where we can explore what matters to you and help you not just survive college, but truly thrive.

I provide therapy exclusively through a secure, HIPAA-compliant Telehealth platform, so you can access care from wherever you are. I’m in-network with most major insurance plans (feel free to ask about yours), and I offer a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to support you. Feel free to reach out — I look forward to hearing from you.
