- Licensed Mental Health Counselors
Anxiety, depression, and life transitions have a way of making everything feel permanent. It isn't. I'm here to help you shift the lens.
My approach is humorous, real, and genuinely human — no clinical checklists, no performing wellness. Using CBT and mindfulness, we build concrete skills for managing stress right now. And if you're someone who thinks about the bigger picture — identity, meaning, spirituality — that's welcome here too. As a PhD candidate researching Buddhist concepts in mental health, I bring a perspective that goes well beyond standard talk therapy.
You don't have to earn your right to feel better or wait until you've hit a wall. Reach out today — let's find a way through this together.
*Insurance & Fees* I am in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Quest Behavioral Health, and Northwell Direct. For all other major insurance companies, I am an out of network provider. My office provides a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement and we will assist you in verifying your benefits to make the process as seamless as possible. I also offer a sliding scale rate for those in need. Please reach out to learn more about how we can start this work.
