Originally from New York City, Rob earned his BA in Psychology and Sociology from Duquesne University and his Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on Mental Health. With over eleven years of experience in inpatient, emergency, and outpatient settings, he brings a versatile and compassionate approach to therapy.

Rob is passionate about supporting adults in the Black and African American community and works from a culturally sensitive, client-centered perspective. He primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and also offers EMDR for clients processing trauma. Rob believes that while we can’t always change our circumstances, we can shift our mindset—and in doing so, transform our lives.

He has extensive experience helping clients navigate social injustices, identity challenges, family issues, and life transitions, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to process, heal, and grow.
