As a therapist, my goal is to create a welcoming and collaborative space for all to feel safe and supported in creating positive change and becoming the best version of themselves. I work with children, teens, colleage-age students, adults, and couples in navigating the ups and downs of life. I take a personalized approach to each case to ensure I genuinely assess each client’s unique needs and concerns.
I am formally trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and also utilize Narrative Therapy, Logotherapy, and The Gottman Method for Couples. I have clinical experience in working with Anxiety Disorders, Depressive and Mood Disorders, Trauma, Life Transitions, Career Uncertainty, Grief and Loss, Relationship Conflict, Issues commonly faced by the LGBTQ+ Community, and Eating Disorders. My passions lie in working with folks in the Queer Community and clients with Eating Disorders and disordered eating behaviors. As a certified professional in treating eating disorders (EDTC), I have a passion for working with clients with Eating Disorders and their families to strive for health, happiness, and recovery. I look forward to being with you on your journey to finding meaningful fulfillment and peace in this rollercoaster of life!
