Accepting new clients! Do you ever feel stuck? Does it feel hard to navigate the intricacies of daily life? If yes, you are not alone! I am a strengths-based therapist who tries to help clients work toward their individual goals. Sometimes these goals are managing anxiety, depression, or ADHD. I also help my clients navigate family or peer relationships. I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been working in the field for over ten years.
I focus on how mental health issues impact life functioning and help to improve insight and outlook on issues. I graduated from Loyola University with a Master' in Social Work and received my bachelor's in Human Development/Family Studies from Indiana University.
My clients range from adults dealing with difficult life circumstances to preschool aged children with behavioral and emotional concerns. Please contact me to schedule your appointment today. I look forward to helping you and your family in developing better communication and well-being.
