Hi, I'm glad you're here! If you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or unsure of where to turn, know that you're not alone—and taking this first step is a big deal. I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 17 years of experience helping adults manage things like anxiety, depression, chronic stress, ADHD, and more. Whether you're struggling with sleep issues, feeling down, or having trouble adjusting to new changes in life, I'm here to help you work through it.

In my practice, I focus on treating the whole person. That means we won’t just talk about symptoms or medication—we’ll also look at your daily habits, self-care, relationships, and goals. I believe that real progress comes from recognizing your strengths and building on them. We'll work together to adjust your behavior and lifestyle, and I’ll provide practical, step-by-step support along the way.

When it comes to medication, I take a careful, conservative approach. I believe in finding the right balance between medication and other therapeutic methods to help you feel more in control and stable in your day-to-day life. I want you to feel confident in every decision we make together.

I strive to create a supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself. We’ll take the time to get to know each other so I can understand your unique story and what brought you here. From there, we’ll develop a plan to build positive habits and practices that support your long-term mental health.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling better, I’m here for you. Let’s work together to create the stability and peace of mind you deserve.
